Fresh, clean, modern hotel. Large, comfortable bed. Exactly like in pictures. Nice location, close to beach and restaurants.
Nothing not to love.

The beautiful pictures of the hotel do not match the reality of the place. Though the hotel is a short walk from a few restaurants and the beach, it’s too far from the lively night market. the bed is comfortable, and the room is clean, but the bathroom is outdated. the wifi is too slow and unreliable. some people might find this hotel overrated, and it’s hard to communicate with the staff without Google Translate.
The location of the hotel is not ideal and needs improvement.

We loved our stay here! Best aspects were the modern interiors, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and great location - close to the beach and restaurants, and walking distance from the night market. The hotel offered all necessary facilities, including parking and transportation. The breakfast was also satisfying, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Great christmas vacation spot! The rooms were very modern and sparkling clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and restaurants in walking distance. Best of all, it was a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas.
The language barrier with the staff was sometimes frustrating and reliance on Google translate for communication could be improved. Additionally, the wifi in the room was not consistently strong, making it difficult to stay connected at times. Despite this, overall it was a great holiday break.

New year at this hotel was amazing. The hotel was modern and clean with comfortable beds. The room looked exactly like the photos. They provided fresh towels every day and the location was key. The hotel was close to the beach and delicious restaurants which made it easy to enjoy Phu Quoc's beauty and cuisine.
The only downside about our stay was the language barrier. We had to use Google Translate to communicate with the staff, but it was manageable.
